 Today, drones, artificial intelligence, information warfare, and algorithmic surveillance are reshaping the rules of engagement.

 This is what we now call the invisible war — a battlefield I explore deeply in my series BLACK SCOPE.

🎯 Why is this war “invisible”?

Because it doesn’t make noise.

 No live explosions on CNN.

 No trenches. No tanks.

 Yet it’s just as real. Just as deadly.

 An algorithmic, cybernetic, psychological war.

Today’s weapons are invisible to the naked eye:

• An autonomous drone equipped with a thermal camera
• A deepfake video discrediting a world leader in 12 seconds
• A social botnet creating a false public consensus
• A military algorithm identifying and eliminating a target — with no human confirmation

🧠 Cognitive Warfare: When the Mind Becomes the Battlefield

Propaganda, mass manipulation, disinformation, narrative control.

 Modern wars are no longer won with bullets alone — they are won with stories.

 Today, whoever controls the narrative controls reality.

This is known as cognitive warfare:

“Influence the enemy into believing they chose their own defeat.”

 It’s not just entertainment — it’s a form of awareness.

“It feels like it could happen tomorrow.” That’s exactly my aim: to craft ultra-realistic fiction where every technology, every form of manipulation, every strategy could — or already does — exist.

The invisible war doesn’t make headlines. But it’s happening.

It’s cheaper, faster, harder to detect.

And most of all: it involves everyone.

 You don’t need a uniform to be a target — or a weapon.
